Easy for everyone including kids down to 1.32m tall.฿450 for the instructor + ฿150/bike.2) 22km intermediate circuit (over 2 hours). Stunning scenery with a good mix of road, gravel and cattle tracks. Suitable for families wanting a moderate challenge (we suggest age > 12).฿550 for the instructor + ฿150/bike.3) 27km harder circuit (takes around 2.5 - 3 hours). Out in the countryside (lots of off roading). Only suitable for cycling enthusiasts!฿700 for the instructor + ฿150/bike.4) Beginner’s SUP followed by 27km Bike sessions (or switch order), three hours of each with delicious local lunch included. ฿1800/person.
