Development of the modern technique led to the fact that people spend behind monitors much time. Directly we will mark that we understand not only displays of computers, but also any TV and video cameras, motion-picture cameras, oscillographs, etc. as last. All these devices can reproduce huge volumes of visual information which the person shall perceive. We will focus attention on submission of large volumes of information though it is clear that the problem of radiations and influences of monitors of different nature (the ionizing, electromagnetic and electrostatic) exists too.
