Eberhart, Governor of Minnesota Sir: Pursuant to the requirements of section 1985 of the Re vised Laws of Minnesota, 1905, the Railroad and Warehouse Com mission has the honor herewith to submit a report of the doings of the Commission for the year ending November 30, 1913, this being the twenty-ninth annual report of the Commission as now organ ized; with such facts, statements and explanations as will disclose the actual workings of the system of railroad transportation in its bearing upon the business and prosperity of the people of the state, with such suggestions in relation thereto as seem appropriate to the Commission; Very respectfully, your obedient servants, ira B.
